In the event you miss the payment deadlines and we do not receive your fee as per the above, we are in a position to increase the registration fee as per the next category or cancel your registration and to give your place to someone on the waiting list.

Cancellation info: till 30 June is free of fee. (0%)
between July 1 – August 13. the cancellation fee is 60% , the cancellation is not possible after this date under any circumstances, except official travel regulations or restrictions.
Vis major (for example EU or country regulation of closing borders or travels) canceling fee is 0%.

Parking fee (OPTIONAL): 2.500HUF/car/day in the hotel’s parking place. There are limited free parking places in the surrounding small streets!

Touristic City Tax 550HUF/person/night must be payed at arrival to the hotel!
