In the event you miss the payment deadlines and we do not receive your fee as per the above, we are in a position to increase the registration fee as per the next category or cancel your registration and to give your place to someone on the waiting list.

Cancellation info: till 30 June is free of fee. (0%)
between July 1 – August 10. the cancellation fee is 60% , the cancellation is not possible after this date under any circumstances, except official travel regulations or restrictions.

Parking fee (OPTIONAL): 6.000HUF/car/day in the hotel’s parking place. There are limited free parking places in the surrounding small streets!

Touristic City Tax 750HUF/person/night must be payed at arrival to the hotel!
